Posted by on Dec 26, 2011. 6 comments
Pertaining to the Game Breaking Glitch I reported on earlier, Nintendo of America has provided a Wii channel to patch Skyward Sword and allow players who have come in contact with the glitch to keep playing!

The channel can be downloaded from the Wii Shop for free. You can read more about it here.

Once again, thank you zhelkus. I'm always behind on news like this ^^'

Happy Boxing Day!

Zelda News: THIS is Nintendo’s Confirmed Legend of Zelda Timeline

Posted by on Dec 21, 2011. 8 comments
Before the wars begin, I did not create this. It was taken directly from Nintendo’s upcoming art-book which has a 30 page section dedicated to explaining how the games fit in with one another. Even though this is the “Official Timeline”, I’m sure quite a few people aren’t going to be pleased with it (including myself). Anyway… don’t you want to see it?

Zelda News: Major Game-Breaking Glitch Discovered in Skyward Sword *Updated

Posted by on Dec 7, 2011. 11 comments
Nintendo is now offering support for the glitch. Unfortunately, it looks like this is Japan-only for the moment but we should be seeing a similar program in the United States. source

Remember that cannon glitch from Twilight Princess? The one that made it impossible to continue playing no matter what you did? Haha... well apparently something similar has already been found in Skyward Sword... And it's not that hard to get...

Here's how to avoid it.

(Minor spoilers follow. If you don't want anything spoiled about the game, don't read.)

Community News: Happy Fi Day!; New Website Theme to Celebrate!

Posted by on Nov 29, 2011. 5 comments

Remember how I said that an obnoxious but important character would be taking over today? I know it’s an hour early but…

HAPPY FI DAY!

Let’s celebrate by stating the obvious, over analyzing everything, and being as unhelpful as possible with the intention of aiding someone!

I made a new theme for her as well.

I wonder why some people assumed it would be Groose…?

I guess this needs some explanation…

Community News: Timeline Discussion: Could Multiple Master Swords Exist?

Posted by on Nov 29, 2011. 18 comments

Most major Zelda games after A Link to the Past feature the Master Sword. This includes Ocarina of Time, Four Swords, the Oracle series, the Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword.

While Skyward Sword was supposed to serve as the “origin” story and explain how the sword was crafted, it generated even more questions than answers about the truth of the blade and made me wonder if this sword is the same one Link uses in later games.

So does a true Master Sword really exist or are there simply new swords in each title? Is the origin story from Skyward Sword the truth behind the sacred blade? Does any of this even matter?

Zelda News: Vote Skyward Sword for G4TV Best Games of 2011; Why Skyward Sword is the Worst Game Ever Made

Posted by on Nov 28, 2011. 2 comments

It’s Link v.s. Batman in the third round of G4TV’s Best Games of 2011! Unfortunately, it looks like Batman’s in the lead (I knew they should have sent Groose to represent the game!) but by voting for our hero you could turn that all around and give Skyward Sword the recognition it deserves! Vote --> HERE!

And next, I have my very personal and 100% believable review of Skyward Sword where I will explain why this game is the worst ever made. There's no spoilers... only irrational complaining.
