This design is a major improvement over the one in OoT: no more ruby and glass, but gold, crystal and ..... a heart.

Can you believe that they made it so you have to find five to complete one heart? They're probably a little too common in this game.

There are more bosses in the game than usually, so they had to alter the piece system a bit. One way was to decrease the number of pieces to be found, needing five to make a container was another.
