I know why they put it now - they used a remix of the MC version in TP... still, its freakin awsome - thugh both Ganon and Vaati annoy the heck out of me... but Ganon was sooo kwl in the little cutscene before you batlle him - it just screamed TWISTED EVIL GERUDO DUDE!!!!!!!

I don't remember this, and I've finished that game twice. Oh, I think it's because of the twist.
