Zelda 2 AoL Magical Key
It may not have a lion head, but the Magical Key in Zelda 2: Adventure of Link has the same purpose as the previous game--opening unlimited numbers of doors in Palaces... you'll need this in Three-Eye Rock Palace!

Here it is in New Kasuto Town.

I used the manual scan for reference for the key.
