[FiPo]thats awesome, but what and where is that supposed to be, just some random hallway with a triforce mark? That being said, i just have one suggestion, the two triforce symbols on the pillars have shadows on the bottom when your looking down more than looking up.

Cool. *doesn't understand dte's comment on triforce shadows* the light source is from below the triforce symbol, the shadows make sense to me. And they were probably rendered by the computer, am I right?

it kinda reminds me of like a bridge that has those top things, but a way, way cooler. i could imagine link riding epona across it.

so i guess a computer is never wrong then huh random dude? I hope there is a bridge that is as cool as that in Zelda 2005
dudeofrandomness  [Mar 15, 2005 at 03:54 PM]
The computer is NEVER wrong! *unless its running on Windows, Linux, Unix...(proceeds to name every operating system ever invented)* I'm not getting the bridge feel, but this kind of detail would be awesome in Zelda '05

good luck naming every Linux OS in existance- last i looked there were several hundred linux distros, ranging from damnsmall to redhat to wyne. anyhoo, i've been studying the z'05 trailer, and the graphics appear to focus much more strongly on characters and effects that environmental detail. i can understand that on open plains and such, where the player can't be fighting and driving simultaneously, but some of the dungeon rooms look pretty cubical. however, areas like that sewer seem to be quite fantastic, and the forests look promising.

From what I understood, Unix was the free-source version and Linux was the copyright-holder whatever, so it would be millions of versions of Unix, but same diff. On another topic, I have high hopes for Z'05 (trying to start a trend of calling it Z'05 for shortness) and though KR is right and the Characters are the main emphasis of detail, I think we can expect great things from Z'05. I'm talkin' parallel to OoT breakthroughness (OK, maybe wishful thinking but still) Back to naming OSs: Palm OS, Mirage OS, redhat..........*rambles on for a few hours, including time spent doing a google search to find even more OSs*

*knocks random dude off the edge, and lets him grab on to the edge and then performs a graceful scrag to get a KO* you two are hopless, honestly...*looks for something to eat*
