heh heh. it's so small, i'd forgotten how small the first 7 powers of 2 are. i should've extended it to 256^2 before posting it here, but 128^2 was the proper size for the CL engine.

good, thought the arrow or head or whatever is too sharp, it should be blurred to match the rest of it.

actually, that was intentional- this texture is part of a set which helps guide players through CTF maps. the head is intended to help indicate the direction you should go. hence the lack of the outer glow FX
