Dusk At The Shrine
I know I changed the way the sword looks my apologies to thoes who are offended. This version of the sword is very similar to the sword hanging on my wall at home and has allowed me to put a great amount of detail in it.

how many polys did this end up being? i assume bryce runs off openGL, so smoothing probably helped the total number, but everything is still amazingly well rendered.

That's amazing. not only does it look really realistic, but the lighting, angle, composition, etc. all work really well. this makes my stuff look really simple. oh yeah, that's cuz it is simple. too bad the hills in the background don't look more realistic.
