Very nice attempt at coloring in PS! It looks like you colored over your pencil lines. If you wanted to redo the lineart in PS, you should do it completely to make it look finished. If you don't want to color over the original pencil line art, you should add the colors as a layer totally separate from the lineart layer. Other than that, very nice job!

How do you do that?

To make layers you just go to the Window menu, click on the layers option, it'll bring up the layer window, in the bottom righthand corner there's a few button, click the button that looks like a couple of pages, and voila! Or you can just go into the layers menu and click on the new layer option. Hope that was helpful!
