The Five Links

( WARNING: Silght spoilers from the Four Swords+ Manga, only for a little while though...) And this chapter is extremely long....@.@

Vio lazily, opened his eyes only to see that he was in a dark room. He sat up.
The room had black stone walls, and a matching floor. There were two huge windows on the far west side of the room, and a door on the east. Vio was laying on what appeared to be a huge, canopy bed, with deep purple cutains, and various shades of purple bedding. Vio looked around the room, it was dark except for when the lightning flashed, and illuminated the room for a brief couple of seconds. He just sort of looked around for a little while.

'Where am I? This can't be in Hyrule Castle, but is it in the Dark World?', he thought to himself. "Link! Blue! Red! Midna?, Zelda?", he asked into the darkness.

No answer. Vio rested his arms on his legs, and his head on his hands.

"Great, i'm alone in some random location...why does the bad suff always happen to me?", Vio sighed. Suddenly he felt odd.

"Agh!", He put his hand on his head, he felt light-headed. "What's up with this place?"

The lightning flashed and he saw something in the far corner of the huge room. It was a niche in the wall that was covered by a curtain.

"Eh?", Vio said as he got up and walked over to the niche, the ground was cold. Once he reached the niche, he moved the curtain aside. There was a long , dark, narrow passage at the entrace there were two torches, but that was the only source of light there. . "This looks like it leads somewhere, maybe I'll find some answers....", Vio stated to himself as he grabbed a torch of the wall, and started off into the darkness.

Hyrule Castle- Blue& Red's Room

"Blue-kun....", Red stated as he stood next to Blue's bed, adn poked the sleeping figure.

"Not now, Red....I'm busy..." , Blue mumbled.

"Blue-kun please.", Red tried poking him again, "P-please wake up."

"I need to kill the monsters...and...save the princess....", Blue stated unclearly.

"Blue-kun! This is important!!!!", Red yelled. Blue just shifted away from Red.

"You're no help!!!", Red yelled as he ran up the stairs until he reached Link's room.

"Link! Please wake up!", Red stated as he shook Link.

"Hn, what is it Red?", Link asked while he rubbed his eyes.

"Vio is gone...", Red sobbed. Link shot up.

"Oh no, we need to get the others, it's not safe for Vio to head out alone.", Green stammered. Red nodded, and they both went and woke everyone up.

"He probably got killed.", Blue stated bluntly.

Zelda glared at him, " Must you always assume the worst when it comes to Vio?!", she yelled.

Midna looked a little uneasy, " The shadowy one did want Vio to join him and go to the Dark World....", she stated quietly.

"Shadow?!", stated exclaimed.

"Oh no!", Red.

"Ugh, Vio's probably betrayed us again...", Blue growled.

"Maybe he hasn't...yet. Let's go Blue, Red.", Link stated. They both nodded, and went to their rooms to get changed.

"Well, I guess we'll just have to wait here.", Midna stated.

"Yes...we must wait here until they're ready, then we should stock up on supplies.", Zelda stated as her and Midnawaited in the hallway.

"Maybe we should...", Midna agreed.

The long passage was beginning to come to an end, and Vio's head was feeling even more light-headed. Once he reached the end of the passage he saw something that made him drop the torch.

The Dark mirror.

Vio looked at the mirror when he was suddenly overcome with memories...

Last Year- Death Mountain- Tower of Flames

"Master Ganon brought me into this world by using the Dark Mirror.", Shadow stated as he leaned against the wall.

"The Dark Mirror? What is it?", Vio asked as he looked at Shadow, who was leaning next to him. Shadow then got up.

"I'll show you, Vio...", Shadow motioned for Vio to follow him down the stairs.

"This", Shadow stated as he placed his hand on the dark glass, " is the Dark Mirror, it provides us with all of our dark powers, as long as we have it, it's like a never- ending supply of power!"

"I see...so about what you were talking about earlier...couldn't you use this mirror to destroy Ganon?", Vio asked as he examined the mirror.

"...I don't think so..., but if there was such a possibility, it would probably be when Zelda would lend her power to the heroes.", Shadow stated.

"Well...I say we use Zelda to try to destroy Ganon!", Vio suggested, " Then if we're successful, we can both rule the world together!", Vio smiled.

"I see...Alright, we'll try it!", Shadow smiled, "You know what Vio?"

"What Shadow?", Vio asked. Shadow put his arm on Vio's shoulder, and Vio looked at him.

"You're a great friend...", Shadow smirked, " I feel as though I have finally found an ally I can trust...."

"Aww, thanks. But I'm not really that good of a friend...", Vio stated as he looked away from Shadow's blue eyes.

"Don't be modest!", Shadow stated seriously, "Let's be friends forever, Vio."

"Okay, Shadow.", Vio smiled.

Last Year- Death Mountain- Tower of Flames

"Why'd you kill him, Vio?"

"I was just admiring the mirror, and he tried to attack me...he was probably half asleep...". Vio lied. A Cyclops with a lump on his head, handed Shadow a hammer. Vio's heart skipped a beat.

"Someone tried to break the mirror...", Shadow stated icily. Vio noticed a difference in his attitude from earlier.

"I saw a little midget guy...it was probably him...he looked insane anyways.", Vio lied again.

"It was probably Red or Blue...", Shadow stated, " I'll ask the mirror to show us what they're doing." Shadow summoned little sparkles of magic, and he tossed it at the mirror. Then the mirror revealed Red, Blue...and Link."

"LINK IS ALIVE?!", Shadow yelled as he smacked his hands on the mirror, his fangs showing, he turned to Vio, "I thought you killed him!" Vio shifted backwards as the next image appeared. Shadow then scrunched his hands into fists. The image showed Vio about to break the mirror.

"Y-y-you...", Shadow stated as he turned to Vio. " You TRAITOR!", he screamed, "HAVE THIS TRAITOR EXECUTED AT ONCE!!!!" Vio turned to face Shadow as he was being carried away by the cyclopses. He could've sworn he saw tears rolling down Shadow's face that night.

Vio snapped out of his daydream, and he noticed he was now in front of the mirror. It was like an invisible force pulled him towards the mirror, while he was day-dreaming. Then the light-headedness came back suddenly, and Vio fell to his knees.

"D-dammit...", Vio muttered, as he got up.

"You don't look so good.", a voice that sounded like his said.

"?!", Vio turned around and saw his reflection talking to him." What..."

"You look so surprised.", the reflection smiled. Vio shivered. The reflection's voice was so cold and icy.

"What do you want?!", Vio demanded.

"Hmhmhm,", the reflection icily laughed, " I'm just here to get you what YOU want." Vio looked confused. "You know... you want to join the darkness, and betray your idiotic 'allies'...I know that this is what you want.", the reflection smirked.

"N-no! I don't want that!", Vio stated firmly. The reflection sighed.

"Very well... Hmhmhm, come here Vio...", the reflection beckoned. Vio then started walking over to the mirror, against his own will.

"EH?!", Vio tried to stop walking, but it was no use, the reflection laughed.

"Now put your hand on the mirror," the reflection ordered. Vio watched as his hand began to get closer to the mirror. then he felt the cold glass. Then there was a huge flash of light.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!", Vio screamed as he was thrown backwards. "Ugh!", he hit the ground. "Ow..."

Vio looked around, "Where's the reflection?!", he asked.

"Try behind you.", a voice stated. Vio tried to turn around, but was pinned up against the wall. Vio tried to escape by kicked and squirming. "Relax, I'm just a physical version of your inner darkness...and trust me...you ARE joining the darkness! Hmhmhmhm", the figure stated as it became dark energy and disappeared into Vio.

"Link...Blue...Red...Zelda...", Vio said as he passed out.

Hyrule - The Great Sea

"DAMMIT GONZO WHY CAN'T YOU STOP CRASHING OUR SHIP INTO ROCKS!?", a voice yelled.

"S-s-sorry M-miss Tetra...it won't ever happen again...", Gonzo quivered.

"That's what you said last time! And look what STILL happened!", Tetra yelled. " *sigh* I'm surrounded by morons. Quick, Zuko, any sign of land the closest place will have to do, our ship is going down!"

"There's a huge piece of land on the horizon...I believe it's Hyrule.", Zuko stated while looking through his telescope.

"Are we going to dock there, Tetra?", Niko asked. Tetra nodded.

"Alright Sanza, you take the wheel, I don't trust Gonzo...especially with the ship in the condition it's in.", Tetra ordered.

"Aye aye captain.", Sanza replied.

"Good, set course straight for Hyrule!", Tetra smiled. "Here I come little sister! Here comes the Queen of the Sea!"
