The Five Links

"*Yawn* Any sight of them yet?", Zelda stretched.

It was just about daybreak in the forest and Vio had not come back yet.

"Nope, not yet Zelda.". Blue stated as he got his tunic on, and straightened all of the wrinkles out.** "He probably got killed by a Moblin or Bokoblin." Zelda gasped at the thought, and Blue's unsensitive tone.

Link walked over to the fire pit and he tried to get a fire to light. While doing so, he heard a noise and he looked up at the path that Vio took last night. Something or someone was coming. He squinted so he could try to get a glimpse of whatever it was that was coming down the trail and then it turned out to be three seperate entities. Link stood up and placed his hand on the hilt of his sword, ready to draw it if whatever was coming was hostile. Once the figures came into sight....Link smiled.

"Red! Vio!", Link yelled. Zelda and Blue directed their attention to where Link was looking. They both sighed in relief and smiled as well. Red waved and he rushed down the path and he hugged Blue.

"Oh Blue-kun I missed you soooooooooo much!!!", Red cheered as he squeezed Blue tightly. Blue pushed Red off of him.

"Don't ever do that again, Red...", Blue stated angrily. "But I'm glad you're safe.", Blue smiled.

"Sorry...Blue-kun", Red smiled.

"I'm so glad you and Red made it back okay,", Link said as he put his arm on Vio's shoulder. Vio let a small smile come onto his face, then Link directed his attention to the shadowy girl who was standing in the shadows of the trees. Link walked over to her.

"Hi, umm...I'm Link. What's your name?", Link said as he offered his hand to her.

"I'm Midna. Nice to meet you.", Midna stated as she grabbed Link's hand gently and shook it.

Red and Blue were sitting over near the fire that Link started, and Zelda went to accompany Link, Vio, and Midna.

"Hey Red,", Blue said as he looked over at Midna.

"Yes Blue-kun?", Red asked.

"Who's the hot chick over there?", Blue asked while looking at Midna.

Red kicked Blue in the leg.

"That's sort of rude don't you think?! YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HER!", Red asked with a 'hint' of anger in his voice.

"Fine! Then who is the NICE-LOOKING, girl over there?", Blue asked.

"Her name is Midna, she's not from around here!", Red answered cheerfuly.

"Eh?", Blue looked at Red, extremely confused.

"Hello Midna, my name is Princess Zelda, welcome to my kingdom.", Zelda greeted as she offered her hand to Midna.

"Well, hello Princess. You can just call me Midna.", Midna stated ignoring Zelda's handshake offer. Zelda, of course, felt as though that was quite rude and she glared at the now smirking Midna.

"Tell you what, how bout' you two fellows go and get us something to eat, I'm really hungry...what about you pinky?", Midna asked.

"Well...now that you mention it I am sort of hungry...", Zelda stated, ignoring Midna's remark. Then she turned to Link and she blushed a little, "can you make your signature pancakes for me Link?"

"Sure thing Zelda!", Link smiled. Zelda smiled back. Vio and Link then went to go prepare the food. Midna then turned to Zelda and she smirked.

"That one in the green is a cutie! He's pretty hot too...", Midna stated, " I mean the one in purple is cute too, but he's a little too quiet for my taste..." Midna then turned to see what Zelda thought of her remark.

"H-hey!", Zelda yelled, " You know?!", Zelda said her face beet red.

"It's OBVIOUS.", Midna smirked as she put her hand on Zelda's shoulder. Zelda glared. Midna jumped back just before Zelda kicked her.

" We are going to be the best of friends, eee hee hee!", Midna laughed.

Later on: all of them then ate, packed up their things, and headed back to Hyrule Castle. There, Midna got her own temporary room, on the same floor as Zelda's room and Link's room, which as you can guess; made Zelda quite angry. Then the whole crew joined together for a huge banquet, celebrateing the return of Red from the Dark World, and Link and Blue only fought each other over steak ONCE. So overall, the banquet was quite nice and enjoyable, but now it was time for every one to go to sleep, so they all prepared for bed, fought over the toohpaste, blankets, pillows, and other things( their usual routine. It's hard having four of you....) Once all of that was done, they all said their good- nights and went into their rooms.

Sometime in the late hours of the night- Hyrule Castle-Vio's Room

"Aaaagh!", Vio yelled as he shot upward from his mattress. He was sweating on the back of his neck. He felt like he was burning hot on his forehead. "Haa...haa..haa... *phew* It was only a nightmare..." Vio assured himself as he looked aroung his dark room. The walls were painted a deep lavender and the wood floors glimmered in the dim light of the moon coming from in between the cracks of his blinds on the huge window.

He then rested his head gently on his pillow, and he felt something that wasn't there before. He then picked up the small circular object, it felt no bigger than a marble. He stretched his arms and rubbed his eyes while clutching the mysterious object, and he got out of bed. He then opened the blinds so he could use the moonlight to get a better look at it. His eyes widened with horror when the moonlight illuminated the object and revealed what it was.

" A moon pearl***?!", Vio whispered. Then the little, blue pearl began to glow and float up form his palm. Vio realized his mistake now...but it was already too late. All of a sudden a glowing pattern appeared on the floor, and following that, a portal. " Vio felt his pajamas swirl around him as a violent wind brought him to a new, distant location......

**Manga Reference!

In the Manga, Blue is an absolute neat freak! In fact he can't even get to sleep without being sure that his clothes are all neatly folded, and nt a spot is on them!^^ Pretty wierd for the tough guy huh?

***Four Swords Adventures Reference:

Vio finds the moon pearl on his pillow when he is about to fall asleep, and in the game you use moon pearls to gain entrance to the Dark World. (hint hint) When you find a certain spot, you can use the moon pearl to open a moon gate, thus granting you entrance to theDark World!

But I guess you can sort of count this reference as one to the manga too, since in order for Green to defeat a certain foe he had to hold the moon pearl in the moon's light to gain entrance to the Dark World.^^U
