Forsaken Fortress

Description: Located at A1, a dungeon Link visits in order to rescue Aryll. He gets hurt by the boss, Helmaroc King, and has to return again later. The dungeon is the former hideout of a group of pirates, and is made up of and surrounded by many broken pieces of ships. Ganondorf took over this fortress when he escaped from Hyrule to the surface world. Contains the Skull Hammer and a portal to Ganon's Castle.

Ganon's Tower

Description: The tower, built by Ganon, out of which he runs his evil schemes. There have been at least three of these towers: in ALttP, on top of the mountain in the Dark World; in OoT, in place of Hyrule Castle (destroyed when Link defeated Ganondorf); and in TWW, on top of the mountain next to Hyrule Castle.

Description: The human form of the series' arch-villain, Ganon. Ganondorf was the king of Gerudo thieves. He desired to rule the world, and was able to find the Triforce. The Triforce allowed him to become an evil king, and he has since become a monster known as Ganon. He has died and been revived several times.

Grappling Hook

Description: Three-pronged hook on a rope, used by Rito before they could fly. Given to Link by Medli atop Dragon Roost Cavern, he uses it to climb and swing. It also fits into his boat, allowing him to salvage treasure and trash.
Great Deku Tree

Great Fairy

Description: Great Fairies are larger than normal fairies and hold greater powers. They will heal you, and some will give you special magical skills or item upgrades. Some can be shattered into many smaller fairies, and cannot regain their powers until they are reunited.
Great Sea

Description: The result of the gods flooding Hyrule, the Great Sea covers ancient Hyrule. The deep seas yield no fish to catch, but instead contain many dangers and monsters, so only the very adventurous sail these seas. Link and the King of Red Lions travel across a 7x7 grid of the Great Sea.

Hyoi Pear

Description: Small golden pear with a face carved into it. Makes the user able to take over the mind of a seagull when it swoops down to eat it, similar to the Command Melody. Hyoi means posession.
