This handsome fellow! This is all based on my own predictions and NO information has officially been released about this character but I strongly believe this is our good friend Ghirahim.... just more evil and corrupt. I'm thinking that he may have used his master's power to turn him into this... You can see the a few things similar between the characters... sort of. Here:
