sketchlink.jpgTP Link in color495 viewsSo the highlight isn't perfect, but its a step above what I usually do. This is a colored version of Michelle K's masterpiece found here.
I also borrowed the crest from a pic put up by Susie Q, though the only thing left of it that I used was probably from the official art anyways. I worked hard on the stupid eye, to make it look good. I even went and looked in a mirror to see what my own eye looked like just to do it better. And I couldn't think of anything cool for the BG so I just used a watery-lookin effect. split_wallpaper2.jpgSplit Nature (redone)669 viewsthis is a redo of the previous wallpaper i did. as i explained on that one (though few seemed to listen), i deliberately have everything to one side. DELIBERATELY. For this one I've had to extrapolate the bg and also the wolf's neck quite a bit, which leads to the repeated patterns you see. sorry about that, but it's kinda unavoidable. i did remove the Hylian Crest and the text, to unclutter it, but i think that by changing the spliting line i recluttered it. oh well.
note that while this is not a perfect use of Rule of Thirds, \it's close enough for this purpose. think of it as Rule of Three Fifths.Koroks Rock

Volvagia.jpgVolvagia Concept Sketch424 viewsHere I am just playing with the volvagia design, seeing what works and whatnot. I only drew the special areas, and the small sketch of volvagia compares his size to link. What I did is add in the spike on the elbow, Crested his brow with jewels, and made his skin more rough and molten-rock like. I also added that spike thing on his tail, just to make it unique and maybe another weapon he could use. The idea is that lava and fire lie just below his skin, so when he stretches, fire seeps out. Anything else I should add before I put him make a final stage design? Braxis
