have you ever notice how the number 3 is the most used number in the video gaming world, like it is the amounts of times you have to hit the boss, or thats how many lives you often start with, or in ssbm 3 is often the amount of stock you use, and can be found limitless times in any of the Zelda games.

The number '3' is used profusely in any general fairy tale/folklore sort of a thing. (for example) In Dracula, the number 3 shows up countless times (im reading that right now). Cool pic, but I liked the faces better. Nice wavyness though.

3 people (j/k not really) actually he, hmmm, lets see...there was the woman, and then the dog, and kinda the old man...and all the crew on the ship sort of...yeah. He's killed plenty. But it's who he FEEDS on thats frieky. He's fed on Lucy like four times.

three is one of the fundamental numbers, so it's very attractive. three makes for a strong, simple setup anyone can understand. it's also prevalent in almost every religion in existance.

vaati_girl, from what I've seen from your posts, I suggest you put a bit more effort into them, instead of just cool. Have you also noticed the constant red, blue, and green in Zelda? Haha, this picture is really good. I really love how you incorporated the three magics into the Triforce.

true KR, the only one I can think of is the Trinity in Christianity...but about the piccy, the waviness is fancy cool. I like how the Triforce is transparent too.

hey 3 is also existant in our government. Has anybody read, "The Davinchi Code", (sorry i have no clue how to spell that) Anyways in it, there is a random number that is used over and over again, its really wierd, but true

RGB are the fundamental colors of screens, just as CYMK are the fundamental colors of printouts. these colors are not to be confused with RYB, which are the primary colors we actually see with. some other examples of 3 in religion: the three worlds in greek, roman, and norse mythology, consisting of our worl, the afterworld, and the realm of the gods (Greece, Hades, Olympus). 3 can also be found in Buddhism, using the Three Characteristics.

I always get mixed up between RGB and RYB. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) or (Mormon) believes that there are 3 individual beings within the Godhead, to add to our wonderful collection of religions

YES!!!! i'm not the only one who's noticed this! it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME! the number 3! if there's more than one of something, it's 3! 3 types of arrows, magic, tunic, sword, boots, etc. you can dive 3 feet at first, have 3 hearts, three items on C. three young link dungeons, 3 spiritual stones, 3 notes in each song (then they're repeated), 3 beans on a magic bean (actually that's a lie, it's 4), 3 main characters (link, zelda, ganondorf)....just to name the most common examples, in zelda alone, in ocarina alone.
