The Nintendo Adventure Books were a set of children's books starring various Nintendo franchise characters. They followed the "choose-your-own-adventure" format, which means the reader could choose what the characters did, and thus direct the story. Books #9 ("The Crystal Trap") and #10 ("The Shadow Prince") starred Zelda characters.
